Orton-Gillingham Training For Tutors, Teachers, and Parents

Orton-Gillingham is a phonics-based, multi-sensory approach to reading and spelling instruction. This approach can be used with students of all ages. During this 30 hour course, trainees will receive instruction on the following techniques:

  • Simultaneous Oral Spelling
  • Tracing
  • Penciling
  • Arm-Spelling
  • Blending
  • Skywriting
  • Dividing and Conquering Words
  • Active Sequencing

Dates:

  • August 1, 2, 6,7,8, 2012 (W, TH, M, T, W)
  • 8:30am – 3:00pm

  • Class Fee: $500.00
